         Students in grades 3-5 can apply to be on Wasmer's Character Council.  These students work together on service projects throughout the year, as well as to present information to our student body at our Student of the Month Assemblies each month.

      Red Ribbon week serves as a vehicle for communities, schools, and individuals to take a stand for the hopes and dreams of our children through a commitment to drug prevention and education and a personal commitment to live drug free lives with the ultimate goal being the creation of a drug free America.
    • Running Club

      Running Club is for students in grades 4 and 5, as well as interested staff members. The purposes of the Running Club are to build the healthy habit of running (or any form or regular exercise), encourage perserverance and commitment, to learn to use running as a stress management tool, and to work toward a goal of participating in a race.
