All departments and programs within Grand Island Public Schools are organized into one of five departments:

• Leading for Learning
• Transformation & Talent Development
• Policy, Governance & Student Services
• Finance & Facilities
• Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

Each of these departments is led by a member of the District Leadership Team.
