In 2018 Grand Island Senior High launched the "GISH Athletic Hall of Fame".
Each year, Senior High inducts a class of alumni athletes, teams, coaches, and contributors who not only made their mark in their sport but who exemplify the excellence of the Islander way.
To date, seven classes have been inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. A full list of Islander athletes, coaches, and contributors enshrined in the hall may be found on the list linked below:
