Grand Island Public Schools stops by (nearly) every Thursday to share updates and stories from the district with the community.

Leaders from Grand Island Senior High Student Council stopped by this morning to share the Make-A-Wish fundraiser they're hosting tomorrow night. Marco, Yuliana & Ailyn (GISH Juniors) and Brian discussed the fun interactive portion folks may expect and the "why" behind the efforts.  All proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards supporting Lily, a six year old girl in Hastings, for her Make-A-Wish trip.

Patrons may support the fundraiser at Friday night's Islander Boys Basketball game (1.06.2023) at 7:30 pm at the GISH West Gym.
